Returns & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases of downloadable digital content are generally non-refundable once access to the product has been provided.

By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access to your download, you expressly consent to the digital content being supplied before the end of the applicable withdrawal period (14 days) and acknowledge that, once delivery of the digital content begins, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

Problems with Your Download

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, or if the file you receive is defective, incomplete, or different from the product you purchased, please contact us. We will be happy to help resolve the issue and provide a replacement or other appropriate remedy where applicable.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
