How it works

Play Patterns is built on the structure of Tarot decks, using symbolic meaning and archetypal psychology as tools for reflection, creativity, and self-practice.

Through guided exercises, journaling, art-making, and mind-body awareness, the system encourages individuals to explore, challenge, and better understand patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior in everyday life.

  • Coaching

The Major Arcana focuses on reflective coaching practices designed to support introspection, perspective thinking, and cognitive clarity.

Through archetypal exploration and structured exercises, each card encourages deeper understanding of personal patterns, motivations, challenges, and values.

  • Art

The Minor Arcana explores creativity through layered art-making practices, from simple doodles, to watercolor and mixed-media collage.

These exercises encourage emotional exploration, intuitive thinking, and personal meaning-making through playful and accessible creative expression.

  • Somatic

The Court Cards focus on grounding practices designed to reconnect mind and body through movement, breathwork, yoga, and embodied awareness.

These exercises encourage action, self-regulation, and the outward expression of energy through simple everyday rituals.

Created for people who

  • tend to overthink and struggle to slow down
  • feel emotionally disconnected or creatively blocked
  • want calmer and more intentional routines
  • are looking for self-practice beyond productivity culture
  • want to better understand why they think and feel the way they do, instead of constantly trying to “fix” themselves
  • value honest self-reflection without the pressure to publicly perform vulnerability or healing

Tarot as structure

Tarot is used as a system of archetypes and symbolic thinking designed to support introspection, emotional awareness, and creative exploration.

The focus is not prediction, but meaning-making through pattern identification and perspective shifts.

Each card draw creates playful and surprising combinations of reflective, creative, and embodied practices, making each experience unique.

Our foundations
